Poem 1: A year to be remembered (2020)

A new dawn emerges

Erupting like a volcano

Like a chick hatch rummages

For a new decade must bellow.

Vision just like the apparition

Fuels our zeal and weakest aspiration

Not a mirage nor sheer hallucination

Envisions our greatest precision.

The prior foreseen two scores

The duo n’ a null — a double!

The eager chronicon pores

The duo n’ a null — a bubble!

Lockdown shut up hope

For fear of deadly Covid notice

Vibes shrink around the globe

The masks know no novice

Year vows made so divine n’ sublime

Trust in the omniscient a criterion

For good fortune waves incline

Declare Cleric inspired dominion.
